We believe in transparency and minimal data collection. We only collect data necessary to provide and improve our service.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you register for Bandwidth Saver, we collect:
- Email address — Used for account identification, service notifications, and support
- Domain name(s) — The WordPress site(s) you register to use our CDN
2.2 Usage Data
To operate our service and enforce usage limits, we track:
- Bandwidth consumption — Total data transferred per domain, per billing period
- Request counts — Number of images served (aggregated, not individual requests)
2.3 Technical Data
When images are served through our CDN:
- Image URLs — The paths to images on your origin server
- Image files — Cached copies of your images for CDN delivery
2.4 Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe
- We do not store credit card numbers or payment details
- We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data exclusively for:
- Service delivery — Routing image requests, caching, and serving content
- Usage tracking — Enforcing plan limits and displaying your usage dashboard
- Account management — Authentication and account-related communications
- Service notifications — Usage alerts, plan changes, and important updates
- Support — Responding to your inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Service improvement — Aggregated analytics to improve performance
We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Share individual usage data with anyone outside our service
- Analyze the content of your images
4. Data We Don't Collect
We want to be clear about what we don't do:
- Visitor tracking — We don't track individual visitors to your website
- IP address storage — Visitor IPs are used for CDN routing but not logged or stored by us
- Image analysis — We don't analyze, scan, or process the content of your images
- Cross-site tracking — We don't track users across different websites
- Behavioral profiling — We don't build profiles of your website's visitors
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Bandwidth Saver:
5.1 Cloudflare
Our CDN infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver images from the nearest edge location. Their processing is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
5.2 Stripe
Payment processing for paid plans is handled by Stripe. When you enter payment information, it goes directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
5.3 This Website
This marketing website (cdn.img.pro) uses:
- Google Analytics 4 — For website analytics (see Cookies section)
Note: The CDN service itself does not include any analytics or tracking scripts.
6. Data Retention

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Cached images are purged immediately upon account deletion or domain removal.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
7.1 Access
You can view your account data, registered domains, and usage statistics directly in your WordPress dashboard through our plugin.
7.2 Correction
You can update your email address through the plugin settings.
7.3 Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the plugin. This will:
- Remove your account and all associated data
- Purge all cached images for your domain(s)
- Cancel any active subscriptions
7.4 Data Export
You can request an export of your data by contacting us. We'll provide your account information and usage history in a machine-readable format.
7.5 GDPR (EU Users)
If you're in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Account credentials are securely hashed
- Infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare's secure network
- Regular security reviews of our systems
- Limited access to production systems
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Bandwidth Saver is a business service intended for website operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes:
- We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top
- For material changes, we'll notify you via email
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
